I'm making a challenge for myself! March is only 31 days long. I can do anything for 31 days, right?
In an attempt to reach my goal weight, a journey I've been traveling for as long as I can remember. With the added incentive of our wedding in 135 days, I want to look absolutely stunning. Since we got engaged, I've been trying to concentrate my efforts. I'm using myfitnesspal.com to monitor my PO intake and exercise. I've been eating out a lot over the past week and I just feel bloated and gross. I like a challenge and I need accountability:
Here's the goal. No sodas. No desserts. This means no chocolate, no cookies, no ice cream.
Pretzels ONLY with night shift.
NO GRAHAM CRACKERS OR SALTINES.
Eat out ONLY once/week.
Breakfast: Oatmeal, egg whites, cheerios with skim milk.
Lunches: soup, steamed veggies.
Dinner: shrimp, deli turkey, veggies.
Nothing after 9PM.
Snacks will be popcorn, fruit, yogurt.
God is a great God and I know that I can do all things through Him. I know He created me and the King is enthralled with my beauty. I am so blessed to be loved by Chad who finds me attractive, even when I don't. He constantly reminds me how beautiful and attractive I am and I can't believe how lucky I am to be loved by him.
Now I want to see myself as beautifully as he sees me. So-let's get this challenge going!
I'll weigh myself on Monday morning and then again on April 1st. Hopefully the results will be great :)
